When you submit a repair request or enquiry through our website forms, we collect:

• Phone number
• Email address
• Service area
• Service type
• Urgency
• Preferred contact method
• Message

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you browse the site — such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited — but only where you have consented to analytics cookies (see Section 5).

We use the personal data you provide to:

• Respond to your repair request or enquiry
• Provide and manage the repair and technical services you request
• Comply with our legal obligations

Our lawful basis for processing enquiry data is legitimate interest (responding to service requests) and, where a repair contract is agreed, contractual necessity.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers, under contracts that require them to protect your data:

• Netlify, Inc. — hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
• Blueprint Marketing — our web development agency, who may access site data for maintenance and support purposes.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

This site uses a small number of cookies. Non-essential cookies (analytics) only load after you give consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics tags, Google Analytics (GA4) for site traffic reporting, and Microsoft Clarity for anonymised usage insights. None of these are used for advertising.

We retain enquiry and repair request data for as long as necessary to respond to you and provide the services requested. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' and Microsoft Clarity's standard retention settings.
